James has served with Olsen & Peterson since 1997. His responsibilities at Olsen & Peterson have included engineering, design, specifications, and construction administration for mechanical systems in institutional, commercial, and industrial applications. Calculations include heat loss/heat gain, energy analysis for conformance to IECC, psychometric analysis of air handlers, water flow, code conformance, and other necessary calculations to produce a complete design for mechanical HVAC and plumbing systems. James is proficient in AutoCAD, CHVAC, ComCheck, Adobe Acrobat, MS Word, and MS Excel.
